Volunteer With Us: Become a Supervisor for Youth Workers

At Cornerstone Brothers, we are passionate about providing job opportunities to youth in our community, but we also know the importance of mentorship, supervision, and guidance. That’s why we’re seeking dedicated volunteers to oversee our youth workers as they participate in our programs.

As a volunteer supervisor, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of local youth while ensuring their safety and success on the job. Your guidance will not only help develop essential skills in the young people you supervise but also create lasting, positive impacts in their lives.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee a team of youth workers during their job assignments in auto detailing, office cleaning, or lawn care services.

• Provide mentorship and support, helping youth workers develop essential job skills, teamwork, and work ethic.

• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that the youth workers are performing their tasks professionally and efficiently.

• Serve as a role model, offering advice and encouragement as they navigate their job experience.
