William Fultz
Secretary of Administration & Finance
William Fultz serves as Secretary of Administration and Finance for Cornerstone Brothers, where he oversees documentation, finance, compliance, and internal operations with precision and care. Raised in Woodruff County, Arkansas, William’s journey reflects both technical mastery and community-rooted leadership. He earned an associate degree in Electronic Technology from South Arkansas University in Camden, AR, later completing his bachelor’s at Southern Illinois University and a Master's in Business from the University of Arkansas. He also holds an honorary doctorate from Crestwood Bible College.
Professionally, William began as an electronic technician, advancing through roles in testing labs, hydraulics engineering, and ultimately quality control—where he spent his final five years before retirement. His upbringing in a four-block-square farm town shaped his values, as did the early loss of his father when William was just ten. As the oldest of six, he learned responsibility early and found lifelong grounding in music, faith, and service—singing in choirs and quartets, playing instruments, and even learning one song on piano.
A longtime member of Bethlehem Baptist Church, Searcy, AR, William serves as a deacon, Sunday School superintendent, and choir contributor. He is currently the Assistant Treasurer.
His commitment to Cornerstone Brothers is rooted in decades of coaching youth in basketball, softball, baseball, and even soccer. He believes deeply in stepping up to fill the gap left by absent fathers and modeling what it means to lead with integrity. For William, mentorship isn’t just a program—it’s a calling to build the community by investing in its future.
