Teddy Williams
Founder & President
President Williams leads with vision, humility, and a lifelong commitment to youth empowerment. A native of Kensett, Arkansas and graduate of Kensett High School, Teddy grew up in a household with four siblings and limited means—but abundant grit. Through the CEDAR Program, he began working at a young age. He would save , every dollar to buy school clothes and invest in his future. That early experience taught him the value of discipline, stewardship, and purpose.
Teddy spent 45 years at Eaton Corporation, including 12 in Quality Control, where he honed his eye for precision and systems thinking. He later completed coursework in Computer Machining Technology at ASU-Beebe, expanding his technical foundation and deepening his commitment to lifelong learning.
As a devoted member of Centennial Baptist Church, Teddy’s leadership is rooted in faith and service. His calling to help youth “get off the street” and discover purpose came from a spiritual conviction: to build systems that uplift rather than punish. Through Cornerstone Brothers, he has created a space where mentorship, skill-building, and legacy converge—giving young people not just a vision for their future, but the tools to pursue it.
Teddy believes that true leadership means showing up, staying committed, and preparing the next generation to lead with integrity. He champions the role of Black men as mentors and father figures, offering youth a close-up view of strength, accountability, and possibility. “If they don’t get started right,” he says, “they’ll struggle even more.” His life is proof that with guidance, grit, and grace, every young person can build a future worth fighting for.
